RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Process
Request RMA Number
Submit a return request through your account or contact support. You'll receive an RMA number within 24 hours.
Package the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and the RMA number clearly visible on the package.
Ship the Return
Use the prepaid shipping label we provide. For defective items, return shipping is free. Track your return shipment.
Inspection & Refund
Once received, we inspect the item (2-3 business days). Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Some items may be subject to restocking fees:
- • Opened software or consumables: 15% restocking fee
- • Custom-configured systems (if returnable): 20% restocking fee
- • Large equipment requiring special handling: 10% restocking fee
